Terms of Service — Spinkword

These terms govern your use of Spinkword (“the app”), developed by Victor Guleshov (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the app; reverse engineer or decompile it, except where the law allows; or use cheats, exploits or automation that interfere with the game.

Virtual items. Coins, boosters and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed to you, not sold. We may change or rebalance them as the game evolves.

Purchases. Any in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Refunds are handled by the store according to its policies and applicable law.

Game progress. Progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app or its data may permanently erase it, and we cannot restore it.

Intellectual property. The app and its content, including code, graphics, text and sound, belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

Disclaimer. The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app or in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim.

Apple. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Termination. We may suspend or end your license if you break these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

Changes. We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the changes.
